On Wednesday, music legend Lionel Richie, 69, and girlfriend Lisa Parigi lived by that enduring quote when they spent the day together getting facials in Beverly Hills.

And from the looks of it, the longtime lovers thoroughly enjoyed their time getting pampered.

Reaping the rewards, the happy couple were glowing as they exited the shop with big beaming smiles on their faces.

And they both looked stylishly-cool in all black.

The Dancing on the Ceiling singer wore fashionable black jeans, a black t-shirt, and a black leather jacket.

He added a paire of black leather boots and accessorized with some silver bling that included a necklace, rings and bracelets.

Lisa, who is much younger than her beau, showed off her womanly curves in black skinny jeans, a black blouse and black waist-length jacket.

For some added pop, she wore black stiletto heel boots and wore her raven tresses long and with a part in the middle.

Lionel and Lisa have reportedly been dating for over five years.

They do not have any children together, but Lionel does have three kids of his own from previous relationships. He adopted Nicole, 37, with his first wife of 18 years, Brenda Harvey.

The American Idol judge also shares Miles, 24, and Sofia, 20, with his second wife Diane Alexander, to whom he was married from 1995 to 2003.
